Tesla Opened a New Supercharger Station in Muğla

Tesla, the leading name in the electric vehicle world, has officially launched a new Supercharger station in Muğla within the scope of its rapid charging network expansion strategy in Turkey. According to the announcement made on the company’s official X account, this new facility, located at Muğla-Yatağan Road 48514, offers high-speed charging to electric vehicle users in the region.

This station, which has 8 different units providing charging capacity up to 250 kW, constitutes the newest link of Tesla’s infrastructure investments in the Turkish market. This move provides great convenience for Tesla owners around Muğla and supports the company’s accessibility goals throughout Türkiye.

Charging Network Expansion Strategy Continues Unabated

Tesla continues the steps it has taken to strengthen the charging infrastructure around the world with determination in Türkiye. Max De Zegher, the senior manager responsible for the Supercharger network, emphasized the importance they attach to the Turkish market in his previous statements.

De Zegher stated that they were following an aggressive growth plan to meet the needs of Tesla owners, especially in Türkiye. In the statements made at the end of 2025, it was heralded that 60 new charging points were in the construction process across Turkey and that these points would be put into service in a very short time.

This new station opened in Muğla has a strategic value not only for local users but also for electric vehicle owners who come to the region during the summer months. The 250 kW capacity units, which minimizes charging time especially on long trips, aim to increase the travel comfort of Tesla users.
