The all-electric new Mercedes-Benz C 400 4MATIC has gone on sale in Turkey. The price and technical specifications of the luxury sedan with a range of 709 km are in our news.
Mercedes-Benz has introduced the first fully electric representative of its renowned sedan family to the Turkish market. The C 400 4MATIC AMG, the first version of the model family in our country, has taken its place on the sales lists with a starting price of 6,360,000 TL. The car, which stands out with its advanced 800-volt electric architecture, high-speed charging support, and a range exceeding 700 kilometers, directly enters the competition in the luxury electric sedan segment.
360 kW Power and 4-Second Acceleration
The new model promises quite impressive performance figures. Equipped with a four-wheel drive (4MATIC) system via dual electric motors, the car produces a total of 360 kW (489 horsepower) and 800 Nm of instantaneous torque. This high traction power allows the vehicle to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4 seconds. The car’s top speed is electronically limited to 210 km/h.
800 Volt Architecture, Charging Speed and Range Exceeding 800 Km
At the heart of the electric C-Class is a battery pack with a usable capacity of 94 kWh. According to Turkish configuration data, the vehicle provides a range of 709 kilometers in mixed use conditions and up to 805 kilometers in urban driving scenarios. The average power consumption of the model remains at 15.5 kWh per 100 kilometers.
Charging Time and DC Performance
Switching to an 800-volt architecture, the model can accept up to 330 kW of power at real current (DC) fast charging stations. This means that charging the battery from 10% to 80% at suitable stations takes only 22 minutes. With just a 10-minute DC charging process, a driving range of 250 to 325 kilometers can be recovered according to WLTP standards. With the standard 11 kW AC charging infrastructure, a full charge (from 0% to 100%) takes approximately 10.5 hours.
Design, Dimensions and Cabin Technology
Reflecting the advantages of the electric platform in its body proportions, the new C-Class has a length of 4,883 mm and a wheelbase of 2,962 mm. This long wheelbase offers ample legroom and headroom in the cabin, while also providing practical storage solutions. The car boasts a 470-liter main trunk at the rear, and a 101-liter front luggage compartment (frunk) under the hood for charging cables and small items. With an unladen load capacity of 2,460 kg, the model has a maximum loaded weight of 2,965 kg.
The exterior design features an illuminated Mercedes-Benz grille, a star-motif LED lighting cluster, and a coupe roofline that reduces aerodynamic drag. For users seeking enhanced driving comfort and dynamism, AIRMATIC air suspension and a rear-axle steering system that improves mobility are available as options.
Inside, the brand’s new generation MB.OS operating system and the AI-powered MBUX Virtual Assistant center play a key role. Equipped with an augmented reality-based navigation system and advanced autonomous driving support technologies, the cabin features a 39.1-inch seamless MBUX Hyperscreen that spans the entire length of the dashboard, taking the digital experience to the next level.
