WIRELESS MOUSE PROBLEMS

First of all, we should point out that electronic devices work by communicating with each other. There must be a pairing between the wireless mouse and the USB connection. otherwise it will give an error because they do not see each other. Let’s list common wireless mouse issues.

While everything is ok and there is no problem, if one of the following happens, you will have a problem.

2-) The mouse is damaged as a result of your mouse falling on the ground or hitting something.

3-) The warranty period of computer peripherals is generally determined as 2 years. This includes a wireless mouse. Devices that exceed 2 years may experience abnormal conditions.

4-) The wireless mouse may not work when the operating system software and driver are updated. This is usually caused by a hardware port coding error.

5-) Factors such as wear on the keys on the mouse over time due to use, pollution and dusting due to less use can cause some problems with the mouse.

6-) Again, over time, there may be problems with the USB port of the computer.

 

SOLUTIONS TO WIRELESS MOUSE PROBLEMS

1-) If the battery of the wireless mouse is low, if it is dead, the problem will be solved by buying and installing a new one. The mouse will work.

2-) If your wireless mouse has fallen and is damaged as a result of the crash, test the experiment. If it doesn’t work, you can have it repaired.

3-) If your wireless mouse is a branded and guaranteed product, you can guarantee it. Even if the warranty is over, the problem will be solved for a fee.

4-) If you are having problems due to the operating system or driver update, go to the wireless mouse section in the device manager section, select the remove device from there, remove the mouse usb connector. Then plug it again and the problem will be solved.

5-) If there is wear due to use, wear on the mouse buttons and wheels, you will need to buy a new wireless mouse. If there is accumulation and contamination, it will be enough to wipe it with a clean cloth.

6-) If there is a problem with the computer usb port, plug it into another port and the problem will be fixed.
