Tesla opened its first full-service center in Istanbul, Forum Istanbul Tesla Center. Sales and service are brought together under one roof.
Tesla has opened the doors of its first fully comprehensive center in Istanbul, the Tesla Center Forum Istanbul. Opening its doors on September 7, 2026, the new location serves as a permanent center offering both sales and service processes under one roof to users on the European side of Istanbul. With this investment, the company’s number of physical locations in Istanbul reaches four.
Sales and After-Sales Services Combined Under One Roof
Previously, Tesla reached users through its showroom in Cendere and its store in Meydan AVM on the Anatolian side, while managing its service operations primarily through the Service Center in Orhanlı. The new center located within Forum Istanbul Shopping Mall in Bayrampaşa stands out by bringing sales and service together in one place.
Initially operating with sales and showroom areas, the center allows users to directly contact Tesla Advisor groups to obtain detailed technical information about vehicles and take a test drive with the Model Y. The fully equipped service section of the facility will become operational in the weeks following its opening, playing an active role in processes such as periodic maintenance, software diagnostics, and mechanical repairs.

Tesla Takes to the Field in Four Different Cities in September
The brand, which attracts attention with its pop-up events along the Turkish coast during the summer months, continues to bring its electric mobility experience to different parts of Anatolia during September. As part of the planned events, participants will meet with Tesla experts and personally experience the vehicles’ range dynamics, autopilot infrastructure, and charging technologies.
The roadshow schedule planned for September is as follows:
The expansion of the physical service network to metropolitan centers will provide valuable relief in terms of maintenance and support, especially for Model Y users with increasing fleet sizes. This move by the brand clearly shows that operational investments in Turkey will not be limited to the charging network but will be strengthened with permanent technical service points.
