Following the launch of DLSS 5, based on the 3D-Guided Neural Rendering architecture, NVIDIA continues to rapidly expand its RTX ecosystem. With the new GeForce Game Ready driver released this week, prominent titles such as PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS, WARDOGS, and Honeycomb: The World Beyond are now equipped with DLSS technologies. In the coming days, notable games like 007 First Light, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, and Active Matter will raise the bar in visual quality with path tracing and DLSS 4.5 updates.

A New Era in Competitive Arenas and Survival Games

NVIDIA’s latest driver update focuses on both popular multiplayer productions and newly released independent projects. Significant steps are being taken, particularly in the competitive arena where high frame rates and low system latency are critical.

PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS, the popular battle royale game with millions of active players, officially receives DLSS Super Resolution support on September 10th. Players can use the DLSS overrides feature offered through the NVIDIA application to run the game with the latest DLSS 4.5 models, achieving both increased performance and fluidity without sacrificing clarity during combat. Developed by BULKHEAD and Team17, the large-scale combat game

WARDOGS

, which has surpassed 1.5 million wishlists, enters Early Access on September 10th. From day one, the game includes DLSS 4.5 Super Resolution, Dynamic Multi-Frame Generation, and NVIDIA Reflex support to minimize system latency. The space survival game Honeycomb: The World Beyond, from Frozen Way and Snail Games USA, offers atmospheric lighting directly to players with RTX Direct Illumination, ray tracing, and DLSS 4.5 Ray Reconstruction technologies.

RTX-Powered Games Coming This Week and Soon

    PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS:

  • DLSS Super Resolution and DLSS 4.5 override support (September 10).
  • WARDOGS:

  • DLSS 4.5 Super Resolution, Dynamic Multi-Frame Generation, and Reflex integration at Early Access launch (September 10).
  • 007 First Light:

  • Full path tracing and DLSS 4.5 Ray Reconstruction update (September 15).
  • Active Matter:

  • Gaijin Entertainment’s tactical shooter comes with DLSS 4.5 and the full ray tracing package (September 15).
  • Aniimo:

  • Launches with DLSS 4.5; NVIDIA ACE and local SLM support will be added in early 2027 (September 16).
  • The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt — Remastered:

  • Free path tracing and DLSS 4.5 update (September 29).

Ray Tracing and AI Raising the Bar: Path Tracing Offensive

On the visual realism side, path tracing technology continues to spread with both old and new productions. IO Interactive’s highly anticipated spy game

007 First Light

receives a comprehensive update on September 15, gaining path tracing and DLSS 4.5 Ray Reconstruction support. Players without powerful local hardware can also experience these advanced lighting and reflection effects directly via GeForce NOW Ultimate. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt — Remastered

, a classic in the gaming world, is incorporating modern graphics technologies with a free update to be released on September 29th. CD PROJEKT RED is completely revamping Geralt of Rivia’s world by adding artificial path tracing, DLSS 4.5 Ray Reconstruction, and Dynamic Multi-Frame Generation. This update also brings the technical infrastructure up to current standards before the release of the

Songs of the Past expansion pack, planned for 2027. DLSS 5 and 3D-Guided Neural Rendering architecture, first introduced to players with the release of NBA 2K27

, form the basis of next-generation AI-powered visual rendering, especially on GeForce RTX 50 series hardware. Additionally, the local NVIDIA ACE and Nemotron SLM support that the open-world RPG developer

Aniimo will integrate in early 2027 will allow players to interact with in-game creatures using natural voice commands, demonstrating that artificial intelligence will play an active role not only in graphics but also in gameplay mechanics.

NVIDIA announced DLSS 4.5 path tracing support for PUBG, WARDOGS, The Witcher 3, and 007 First Light with its new GeForce Game Ready driver.
