New Hardware Good News from Sony to Gamers

Sony has announced release dates and prices for its new FlexStrike fighting handle and 27-inch gaming monitor. Details are in our news.

Sony shared pricing and release date details for its new hardware products developed for game enthusiasts. The company points to August for the FlexStrike game controller and the new 27-inch gaming monitor, especially targeting fighting game enthusiasts.

The FlexStrike fighting handle will hit the shelves on August 6. The price of this game, which will be released on the same day as the Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls game published by PlayStation, is set at $ 199.99.

FlexStrike and New Gaming Monitor Details

Pre-orders for FlexStrike begin on June 12 at 10 am ET. Although the product will initially only be compatible with PS5 consoles, Sony states that PC support will be added in the future.

Users will have this special equipment, which comes with a carrying case and internal rechargeable battery in the box. Sony also presented a new promotional image containing the technical details of the device to gamers.

Sony’s new 27-inch PlayStation branded gaming monitor will be released on August 27. The pre-order process for this monitor, which will be sold with a price tag of $ 349.99, will begin on June 5 at 10:00 ET.

The screen has an IPS panel with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 and offers VRR support. While the device reaches a 120Hz refresh rate on PS5 and PS5 Pro consoles, it can go up to 240Hz on compatible PC or Mac models.

On the back of the monitor, there is a specially designed pop-up hook mechanism to charge the DualSense controller. This design detail aims to help players defend table order.

The wait continues for Pulse Elevate Speakers

New information was also shared about the Pulse Elevate wireless speakers, which were announced last September. Sony confirmed that these titles will be released later in the year.

For the speakers, for which no official price information has been shared yet, the company states that it will announce more details soon. These announcements about Sony’s new gaming hardware reflect its strategy, especially to expand the PlayStation ecosystem.
