AnTuTu April 2026 iOS user satisfaction report has been published. While the iPhone 12 mini attracted attention with its high score, the iPhone 17 series could not enter the list.
Popular performance testing platform AnTuTu has officially published its updated iOS device user satisfaction survey results for April 2026. This new list, based on real feedback from users, reveals satisfaction levels in the daily usage experience of the devices rather than their raw performance power. Surprisingly, while older generation devices were at the top of the list, the high satisfaction rate of the iPhone 12 mini model attracted attention.
Data shared by AnTuTu proves that user loyalty has different dynamics beyond current models.
Older Devices Continue to Meet User Expectations
When AnTuTu data is examined, it is seen that the iPhone 12 mini model, which is in the second place on the list, is still found to be quite successful by users despite the passing years.
Known for its compact design and performance balance, the device has a level of appreciation that even modern flagship phones cannot reach. Throughout the list, it stands out that the user ergonomics and software stability offered by the device, rather than the hardware power, directly affect satisfaction.
The fact that older generation devices are at the top shows that users prefer a stable experience rather than new features.
iPhone 17 Series Could Not Enter the List
One of the most striking details of the list is that no device from the iPhone 17 family, Apple’s newest flagship series, was included in the top ten rankings.
This indicates that newly launched devices are viewed more critically by users due to their high prices or updates that do not meet expectations. Users seem to prefer to reward the smooth experience they experience rather than the technical features of the device.
iPad Models Dominate the Ranking
While iPad Air 4 ranks first on the list with a satisfaction rate of 96.92%, iPad mini 7 ranks third with a satisfaction rate of 95.56%. This high success in the tablet category proves that Apple has taken software optimization on large screen devices to a very successful level.
In addition, the iPhone SE 2 and various iPad Pro models following the list reveal how deep-rooted the loyalty of users in the Apple ecosystem to certain devices is.
