Xiaomi introduced its new performance SUV model YU7 GT with 990 horsepower. Here are the technical specifications, range and price of the vehicle.
Xiaomi officially introduced its new performance-oriented SUV model YU7 GT within the scope of the “Human x Car x Home” event held on May 21. The vehicle takes its place in the Chinese market with a starting price of 389,900 yuan, or approximately $57,300.
Users can choose the “GT Sports Kit” package, which costs 34,000 yuan, for 14,000 yuan for a limited time. The “Big Full Pack” version, which has the highest hardware level, is offered for sale with a price tag of 429,900 yuan.
Performance and specifications
The vehicle, bearing the GT tag derived from the Italian term Gran Turismo, offers a structure optimized for long trips. At the center of the model is the Xiaomi V8s EVO engine, which can reach a speed of 28,000 rpm and has an efficiency rate of 98.38%.

The 101.7 kWh capacity battery, built on the 897V high voltage platform, provides a range of 570 kilometers with a 15-minute charge and a total CLTC range of 705 kilometers.

Chassis, brake system and design details
The Jiaolong Chassis Master Edition chassis system, tested on the Nürburgring track, is equipped with double-valve CDC shock absorbers and air suspensions that provide independent height control. On the brake side, Akebono performance calipers with carbon ceramic discs are used, providing a stopping range of 32.9 meters from 100 to 0 km/h.

The vehicle, which comes in five different color options, draws attention with its 2.3 square meters of Alcantara coating on the interior and massage features on all four seats. While the 25-speaker sound system offers Dolby Atmos support, a quiet driving experience is aimed with multi-layered acoustic glasses and more than 30 insulation enhancements.
