A significant price leak has occurred for the highly anticipated new Poco smartphones, the Poco X8 and X8 Power. Prior to the launch in India on September 4th, the first concrete information regarding the devices’ launch prices has emerged. The company had largely confirmed the technical details of both models. Now, the price range at which these devices will be offered to consumers is becoming clearer.

Poco X8 and X8 Power Price Expectations

According to the leaked information, the standard Poco These figures correspond to between $292 and $313 in dollar terms, indicating a cost of approximately 14,086 TL to 15,099 TL at the current exchange rate.

It is argued that the Poco X8 model is largely a rebranded version of the Redmi Note 17 Pro. The X8 Power model, on the other hand, is said to have similarities with the Redmi Note 17 Pro Max, and the technical infrastructure of these two devices is quite similar.

Technical Specifications and Battery Capacities

The Poco X8 will come with a 6.83-inch AMOLED screen. This screen is said to reach a peak brightness of 3,500 nits and features Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection technology.

At the heart of the device is the Snapdragon 6s Gen 4 chipset. On the camera side, there is a 50 MP main camera with optical image stabilization (OIS) and a 16 MP selfie camera.

The Poco X8 model has a battery capacity of 9,000 mAh. This battery is supported by 67W wired fast charging.

The X8 Power model offers a much more robust option in terms of battery. This device features a massive 10,000 mAh battery.

Unlike the standard model, the X8 Power has an 8 MP ultra-wide-angle camera and a 32 MP selfie camera. Additionally, this model uses the Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 chipset.

The charging speed of the X8 Power model has also been increased compared to the standard model, supporting 100W wired charging. Apart from this, all other technical details are said to be almost identical to the Poco X8.

The small differences between the two models seem to make it easier for users to choose according to their needs. It is not yet clear when the devices will be launched globally after their Indian launch.
