Sony has announced the PlayStation Plus August 2026 monthly games. Dying Light 2: Stay Human leads the way, while Big Walk and Signalis are also added to the list.
Sony has officially announced the August 2026 monthly game list for PlayStation Plus subscribers, with Dying Light 2: Stay Human: Reloaded Edition standing out as this month’s most attractive title. Available for both PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 users, these games can be added to libraries from Tuesday, August 4th to Monday, August 31st.
In addition to Dying Light 2, successful titles such as Big Walk and Signalis will also be available to subscribers. Additionally, a special content pack for Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls fans will be available in the coming days.
Dying Light 2 Launches the Fight Against Zombies
Dying Light 2: Stay Human invites players to a post-apocalyptic world with the character Aiden Caldwell. Featuring parkour mechanics and an open-world design, this game enhances the experience by offering co-op support for up to four players.
While the game, which received a 7/10 rating from critics, has some shortcomings in storytelling, it manages to stand out with its atmosphere and gameplay dynamics.
Players who want to survive in a zombie-infested city can use their parkour skills to push enemies off skyscrapers.
Independent Productions Strengthen the List
Another valuable game of August, Big Walk, was developed by the Untitled Goose Game team. This cooperative and communication-focused adventure game promises an experience of exploration and puzzle-solving in a peaceful world.
Completing the list, Signalis is considered one of the best examples of the spiritual anxiety genre. This game with a retrotech aesthetic awaits players trying to survive in a mysterious and dark world.
A Special Content Awaits Marvel Fans
In addition to games, the new PlayStation Plus package prepared for Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls will also attract great interest. Available from August 6th, this package includes five different avatars inspired by iconic characters such as Spider-Man, Captain America, and Doctor Doom.
Also, this special package, which includes the final screen poses of twenty different characters, will be offered to subscribers free of charge for 12 months.
