OnePlus has announced its new smartphone, the N6x, positioned below the N6 model released at the beginning of the year. Offering similar technical specifications to the N6 but at a more affordable price, the device features noticeable differences in design.

Unlike the square-shaped camera module found in the previous model, the N6x uses a pill-shaped camera module. The device is presented to users as an entry-level smartphone.

OnePlus N6x Technical Specifications

The new model is powered by the Dimensity 6360 Apex chipset, also used in the OnePlus N6. This ensures that the device offers a performance experience identical to its predecessor.

A 5,300 mm² vapor chamber is used for the cooling system. The phone features an IPS LCD screen with 720p resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate.

The screen brightness is slightly lower than the N6 model. Typical brightness is 700 nits, and it stays at 900 nits in HBM mode.

On the battery side, there is a 7,000 mAh battery that promises up to 2.5 days of use on a single charge. However, the charging speed is limited to 15W, which is a significant difference compared to the 45W-capable N6 model.

The camera setup includes a 13MP main sensor and a 5MP front camera. This hardware is a more modest option compared to the 50MP main camera and 8MP selfie camera in the N6 model.

Price and Sales Details

Available in two different color options, Burgundy Red and Ice Blue, the device will be launched in the Indian market on August 4, 2026. The version with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage is priced at ₹18,999.

For users who want more storage, the version offering 4GB RAM and 128GB storage is priced at ₹20,999. The 4GB+128GB version of the OnePlus N6 model is currently selling for ₹22,999. What do you think of the features and pricing policy of this new model?
