New Design Language and Futuristic Cockpit Architecture

The new BMW 7 Series makes a difference at first glance with its clean body lines and technological lighting elements reflecting the brand’s Neue Klasse vision. At the front, the BMW Iconic Glow kidney grilles are complemented by diamond-shaped BMW Individual crystal headlights. In addition to matrix high beams offering a lighting range of up to 600 meters, the LED base lighting integrated into the door sills with over 194,000 pixels transforms the moment of entering the vehicle into a visual feast.

Inside, the BMW Panoramic iDrive architecture, built on the BMW Operating System X platform, is noteworthy. BMW Panoramic Vision, extending along the lower part of the windshield, transmits driving information directly to the driver’s line of sight, while the 3D Head-Up Display provides three-dimensional navigation. In addition to the 17.9-inch matrix-illuminated main screen located in the center, the 14.6-inch freestanding multimedia screen offered for the first time for the front passenger makes journeys much more enjoyable.
