Huawei Router X1 Pro Gaming Edition Introduced with Wi-Fi 7+ Features

Huawei’s new Router X1 Pro Gaming Edition model is available for sale in China with Wi-Fi 7+ support, 2.5G ports and advanced gaming features.

Huawei has officially launched its new Huawei Router X1 Pro Gaming Edition model, developed specifically for game enthusiasts, in the Chinese market. This device, which is based on Wi-Fi 7+ technology and offers advanced connection options, especially targets users looking for low latency and high data transfer speed. The router, which is available for pre-order in China with a price tag of 666 yuan ($98), maintains the hardware infrastructure of the standard X1 Pro model, while attracting attention with its software and hardware improvements specific to gamers. Equipped with smart home integration and Star Flash gateway support, the device aims to meet all the technical needs for a modern gaming experience.

  • Huawei Router X1 Pro Gaming Edition offers high performance with advanced Wi-Fi 7+ technology and multi-contact (MLO) support.
  • The device has a special design with 11 antennas that provide 360-degree signal coverage and four 2.5G Ethernet ports.
  • On the hardware side, there is Huawei’s own developed Lingxiao processor and HarmonyOS 4 operating system.

The new router comes with a special Game Turbo engine for high-speed gaming experience and a free 40-day NetEase UU accelerator subscription.

Wi-Fi 7+ Technology Offers Uninterrupted Contact

This new generation router model from Huawei maximizes the advantages offered by Wi-Fi 7+ technology.

Dynamic narrow bandwidth technology, designed specifically to increase performance through walls and minimize signal interference, promises stable connection even in the heaviest network traffic.

Thanks to Multiple Contact Operation (MLO), the device connects to the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands simultaneously, eliminating any delays that may occur in data flow.

Design and Hardware Performance Increases to a High Level

The cylindrical body of the device provides a 360-degree coverage area with its special array of 11 antennas.

Huawei’s own Lingxiao processor includes a CPU architecture optimized to reduce network latency. This hardware infrastructure creates a critical advantage, especially for users who play competitive games.

Four 2.5G Ethernet ports provide gigabit-level broadband connection for game consoles and high-performance computers.

Four 2.5G Ethernet ports fully meet the high-speed information transfer needs of professional players.

HarmonyOS Ecosystem Supports Intelligent Relationship

Working with Huawei’s HarmonyOS 4 operating system, the router operates in full harmony with the brand’s smart housing ecosystem. The built-in Star Flash gateway makes cross-device connectivity faster and more secure.

The Game Turbo engine offered by the software helps keep ping values constant by prioritizing network traffic over game information. The 40-day NetEase UU Accelerator membership offered with the device supports users to access overseas servers more efficiently.

Do you think it makes sense to switch to such gamer-oriented router models to improve the internet experience at home, or are standard modems sufficient? Share your intentions with us in the comments section.
