Samsung’s new wireless headset model, Galaxy Buds Able, was displayed in the company’s One UI software documentation. This new device, which uses bone conduction technology instead of classical drivers, attracts attention with a different design approach.

The headphones in question have a special clip structure that attaches to the ear and contain dome-shaped parts inside. On the side of the device, there is a grill structure that is assumed to contain microphones.

Galaxy Buds Able Design and Bone Conduction Technology

Galaxy Buds Able uses bone conduction technology instead of transmitting sound directly to the eardrum through air. This technology works by sending sound vibrations directly to the inner ear via the cheekbones.

One of the biggest advantages of this design is that it allows the user to hear the sounds around him in a natural way. Thanks to the open ear structure, users can easily hear traffic sounds or conversations around them.

However, bone conduction headphones have some limitations in sound quality. Compared to the Galaxy Buds 4 Pro model, this new device is expected to have less detail and weaker bass performance.

In addition, the fact that the device does not have an active noise canceling feature makes a significant difference in terms of user experience. Although the sound leakage is lower than in classic models, people around can hear the sound at high volume levels.

Market Release and Price Expectations

Samsung has not yet shared official price information or an exact release date for Galaxy Buds Able. The claims in the section are that the device will be positioned between the Galaxy Buds 4 and Galaxy Buds 4 Pro in terms of pricing.

It is possible that the new headphones will be released this summer. It is thought that the Galaxy Buds Able model may be introduced together with the Galaxy Fold 8 Wide and the new Galaxy Glasses.
