Users can present their presentations directly through ChatGPT or export them to PowerPoint and Google formats. The goal is to export without compromising the format.

A new spy feature called Dots has also been added to this ecosystem. This feature offers a structure that can directly take on tasks in the workspace and process feedback.

With these new tools, OpenAI aims to eliminate the need for users to develop their ideas in ChatGPT and then transfer them elsewhere. Space aims to increase team productivity by bringing this process together under one roof.

Security Steps for Enterprise Data

OpenAI announced its Private Intelligence layer to address enterprise customers’ concerns about data security. This system provides tighter control mechanisms for data protection.

The Zero Data Retention feature enables automated security reviews to be conducted without OpenAI workers accessing the information. The company plans to integrate closed computation methods with Private Inference, coming this fall.

These advancements show OpenAI following a path similar to Anthropic’s Claude Cowork strategy. The company aims to transform ChatGPT from just a chatbot into a workspace.

While Sam Altman described these new tools as modules of a system, he didn’t explicitly state that they are direct Competitors to Workspace. Nevertheless, these features help users consolidate their workflows on a single platform.
