Xiaomi introduced the new smart home vehicle Xiaomi Mijia Electric Straight Handle Screwdriver model in the Chinese market. The work enters the crowdfunding process next Wednesday with a price tag of 99 yuan, or approximately $15.

This new electric screwdriver is specially designed for everyday tasks such as domestic repairs and furniture assembly. The device offers users three different torque level options.

Technical Specifications and Performance

The device can reach a torque value of 4 N·m in electric mode, and up to 8 N·m for strong screws in manual mode. The screwdriver, which contains a 2000mAh battery, has the capacity to tighten approximately 600 screws with a single full charge.

The device uses the Type-C contact point, which is a current and cosmic standard for charging processes. In order to increase durability in long-term use, a planetary gearbox made entirely of metal is preferred.

Xiaomi states that this gear structure provides a stable output even in high-intensity work and reduces the risk of slipping or jamming. The magnetic bit holder on the screwdriver makes it easier to fix screws, especially in narrow spaces.

It is stated that this magnetic function is basically compatible with iron-based alloy screws. The box contains a total of 18 screwdriver bits, nine long and nine short.

Ease of Use and Design

Xiaomi offers a special carrying case and integrated storage to keep the main unit and all accessories organized. The carrying bag made of EVA material in the box stands out with its strong structure against impacts.

There is a ring-shaped LED light on the front of the device to ensure ease of working in dark areas. Users can quickly change the forward and reverse rotation sides of the screwdriver thanks to a single button system.

This new electric screwdriver model aims to make small repairs at home practical with its compact design and functional features.
