Vivo continues its work on the new V80 smartphone series prepared for different markets. The series is expected to consist of Vivo V80, Vivo V80 Lite 5G, and Vivo V80 FE models.

The first promotional images for the Vivo V80 Lite 5G, which is among these models, were shared in the Pakistan market. The published images give clues about the device’s curved screen design and signal that the phone’s official launch will take place soon.

Technical Specifications and Connections of the Device

The Vivo V80 Lite 5G model is listed with various model numbers such as V2576, V2643, and V2644. In Malaysian SIRIM certification records, this device is also seen with the model number V2626.

It is noteworthy that the Vivo S2 model, recently introduced in the Indian market, has the model number V2576. This similarity strengthens the possibility that the Vivo S2 and Vivo V80 Lite models may be rebranded identical devices for different markets.

If the Vivo V80 Lite is released as a rebranded version of the Vivo S2, the device is expected to come with a 6.83-inch AMOLED display offering 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. On the hardware side, the phone, which is assumed to be powered by the Dimensity 7360 Turbo processor, may feature a 7,050mAh battery with 90W fast charging support.

Camera and other hardware details

In terms of photography capabilities, the Vivo V80 Lite features a 32-megapixel front camera. On the rear, it is expected to have a 50-megapixel Sony IMX852 main sensor and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens.

Other technical specifications of the device include the Android 16 operating system based on OriginOS 6. Additionally, a dual speaker system, an in-display fingerprint reader, and a robust IP68/69 certified body structure are expected.
