The Vivo T5 5G features bring with them the eagerly awaited mid-range innovations in the technology world. This new smartphone attracts attention with its high-capacity battery and powerful screen performance.
The Vivo T5 5G offers users a 2800 x 1260 pixel resolution with its 6.83-inch curved AMOLED screen. The 144Hz refresh rate and 3,000 nits peak brightness take the screen experience to the next level.
Screen and Hardware Features
At the heart of the device is the 4nm architecture MediaTek Dimensity 7500 Turbo chipset. This processor provides efficiency in gaming and demanding workloads with performance cores reaching speeds of 2.6GHz.
A 3,800mm² vapor chamber cooling system is used to manage overheating issues. The device is equipped with LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage technologies.
Users can choose from four different options, starting with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage and going up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. Memory capacity can be increased by another 12GB thanks to virtual RAM support.
There is no microSD card slot for increasing storage capacity. The phone supports current connectivity standards such as Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.4.
Battery, Camera and Software Details
One of the most striking features of the phone is its 7,050mAh battery, which comes with 44W fast charging support. Vivo states that this battery offers 85 hours of music playback and 34.7 hours of video playback time.
The battery health is said to be maintained for up to 1,600 charging cycles. In terms of photography, it features a 50-megapixel main camera with a Sony IMX882 sensor and optical image stabilization (OIS) technology.
On the back, there’s an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, while the front has a 32-megapixel selfie camera. Both camera systems allow for 4K resolution video recording at 30fps.
The Vivo T5 5G comes out of the box with the Android 16-based OriginOS 6 operating system. Software support includes three generations of Android updates and five years of security patches.
Thanks to IP68 and IP69 certifications, the device is highly resistant to water and dust. Features such as stereo speakers and an in-display optical fingerprint reader are also included in the device.
