Did you know that there is a practical way to use your old Android phone sitting in the drawer again? It is possible to turn your old phone into a wireless Android Auto screen without buying a new multimedia system or adding an extra screen to your vehicle.
In this guide, we show you step by step the system where you can benefit from navigation, music and other Android Auto features in your vehicle by using a second Android phone as an Android Auto receiver.
Although the installation is quite easy, some settings need to be made.

First prepare the phones
Before starting work, pair two Android phones with each other via Bluetooth. Then turn on Hotspot on the phone you will convert to the Android Auto screen and connect your main phone to this Wi-Fi network.

Thanks to these two applications, phones can communicate with each other automatically and Android Auto connection can be established wirelessly. However, if you will only connect with the cable, you do not need the WiFi Launcher application.
Headunit Reloaded settings
When you first connect your phone, you may not be able to get a stable view.
After opening the application, enter the Settings section. Then switch to Graphics settings.
You can make general settings from this section. You can edit all settings related to icon overflow, alignment, colors, in short, the view, from this section.
If you experience lag, black screen or performance problems, you can get a more stable experience by lowering the Pixel Density value.
