Leaked images of the foldable iPhone Ultra reveal the device’s revolutionary features such as its 7.7-inch screen and Touch ID.
Famous technology leaker Digital Chat Station shared the most realistic images of the iPhone Ultra, the first foldable smartphone model Apple is working on, on the Weibo platform. While the images create great excitement in the technology world, they clearly reveal the design details and physical features of the device.
This new model, designed in book form, contains important clues that reflect Apple’s strategic moves and hardware preferences in the smartphone market. The high quality of the shared images strengthens the possibility that the device may be one of the last prototypes before mass production. The leak in question is considered one of the most concrete evidence showing Apple’s progress in foldable screen technology and the path it will follow in its competition with rival brands.
The Design of the Device Largely Matches Modern Leaks
In the leaked images, very finely processed material textures and realistic lighting attract attention. The general structure of the device appears in a “book” style foldable format, consistent with current leaks.
Although the frames appear to be relatively wide, the shadows and details on the body give the impression that these images may be real prototype photos leaked from a factory. Digital Chat Station’s past successful predictions increase the possibility that these visuals are not just a product of artificial intelligence but a real engineering work.
The design of iPhone Ultra promises to offer technology enthusiasts the experience of both a smartphone and a compact tablet at the same time.
Volume Control Keys and Biometric Sensors Relocated
One of the most striking features of the device is that the volume control keys have been moved to the upper part of the body. This design choice aims to provide ease of use when the device is on and in tablet mode.
However, it is stated that it may be difficult to reach these buttons with one hand when the phone is closed. On the other hand, it is said that the power button on the right will be combined with the Touch ID sensor. This means that the fingerprint reading technology that Apple users have been waiting for a long time will return in a modern form.

On the screen dimensions side, the inner part is expected to be around 7.7 inches and the outer part is expected to be around 5.3 inches. These dimensions enable the device to have a structure that is more compact than a standard smartphone when closed and offers a wide working area when open.
Digital Chat Station, the source of the leaks, had previously accurately predicted the flagship models of brands such as Xiaomi and Realme.

Date Given for Screens to be Produced by Samsung Display
Information about the technical production process shows that Apple has already started to establish the supply chain for this ambitious project. Samsung Display aims to start production of special foldable screens to be used in iPhone Ultra models in June 2026. It is stated that Apple plans a production volume of approximately 8 million units for the first year. This figure proves that the company will make a cautious but strong entry into the foldable phone market.
iPhone Ultra, which will begin mass production in 2026, is considered the pioneer of Apple’s new era in display technologies.
