The official gameplay trailer for Star Wars Zero Company was released as part of Summer Game Fest 2026. It was announced that the game will be released on August 27 for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S platforms.

Developed in collaboration with Respawn Entertainment and Bit Reactor, the production has been eagerly awaited since 2022. The game, published by EA, is being prepared by a team led by Greg Foertsch, known for his work on the XCOM series.

An adventure deep into the Clone Wars

The story of the game takes place in the final periods of the Clone Wars and focuses on the character Hawks, a former Republic officer. Players try to stop dark side cult leader Kundri Fathom by finding different types of allies from across the galaxy.

Groups are formed through the Den, which is used as the operation center, and friends called Operators are sent to different regions. In the course of the story, Jedi General Anakin Skywalker can also be encountered during an important mission.

Bit Reactor founder Greg Foertsch states that they work in close cooperation with Lucasfilm Games. The team is including content such as original characters, detailed customization options and a new ship design based on the Clone Wars conflicts.

Pre-order and release options

Star Wars Zero Company is currently available for pre-order as a standard edition with a price tag of $70. In addition to these options offered for PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S users, there is also a Deluxe version.

The Deluxe edition includes various cosmetic packs, five different painted weapon themes, and the Crystalline Astromech Cosmetic Pack, which includes the R3 droid.
