Samsung Offered One UI 8.5 Update to Four Models

Samsung; Released the stable One UI 8.5 update for Galaxy Z Fold5, Z Flip5, A36 and A56 models. Here are the details.

Samsung continues its efforts to increase user experience without slowing down. The South Korean technology giant is expanding its stable One UI 8.5 update adventure, which it started about two weeks ago, with new devices. The company has launched a new wave of distribution covering mid-segment devices, known for its flagship foldable screen models.

In this context, the stable One UI 8.5 update is officially released for the Galaxy Z Fold5, Galaxy Z Flip5, Galaxy A36 and Galaxy A56 models, which have been in beta for a long time. This major package, which was first launched for users in South Korea, increases the stability of the devices and brings the latest artificial intelligence and interface features.

Innovations and Highlights in One UI 8.5

Samsung’s new Android-based interface, One UI 8.5, goes far beyond being an intermediate update consisting of only minor bug fixes. The design and functionality changes that users have been waiting for a long time to come to life with this version.

One of the most striking innovations brought by the update is the Quick Panel, which has been renewed and has a much more flexible structure.

Users can now resize, remove or completely change the layout system of the shortcuts here. In addition, the design of the brightness and volume sliders also gets a more aesthetic appearance.

Significant improvements are also noticeable on the artificial intelligence side. The renewed Bixby can now understand complex and multiple commands in natural language more easily and change device settings instantly. Thanks to Photo Assist, the need to record each step separately when editing photos with artificial intelligence is eliminated.

In addition, Quick Share updates that facilitate document sharing with the Apple ecosystem, partial screen recording feature and new interactive wallpapers for the lock screen also enrich the user experience.

Update Details and Global Release Schedule

When we look at the technical details of the software, we see that a special build number is determined for each model. The distributed stable versions are coded as follows: F946NKSU6GZDT for the Galaxy Z Fold5, F731NKSU6GZDU for the Galaxy Z Flip5, and A366NKSU6CZDA for the budget-friendly Galaxy A36.

Due to its size, users are recommended to connect to a stable Wi-Fi network and ensure that their device charge is at least 30% before downloading this update.

This stable version, which is currently offered primarily to users in the South Korean market and individuals included in the beta program, will be rolled out to other markets around the world after a short-term testing phase.

According to Samsung’s global distribution planning, the One UI 8.5 version is expected to be activated in all international regions, especially the European and American markets, by the last week of May.
