Realme, which draws attention with its affordable models in the smartphone market, is now preparing to introduce the C100 model, which it introduced in the Asian market earlier this month, to users in Europe.

However, the latest listings show that the device, which debuted in the Asian market with a very ambitious 7000 mAh battery, made some sacrifices in battery capacity when coming to Europe. The European prices and features of the device, which will bring a new breath to the competition in the entry and middle segments, are also becoming clear.

Battery Capacity Drops in European Version

Realme C100, which will be sold in the European market, comes with a battery with a nominal capacity of 6,600 mAh. Although it will be mentioned with a slightly higher value in marketing as a typical capacity, it cannot reach the 7,000 mAh level of the Asian version.

However, it must be said that this value is still very large compared to the standard 5,000 mAh batteries we see in devices in Xiaomi’s Redmi series or Samsung’s Galaxy A series. The company promises that this giant battery will maintain 80 percent of its initial capacity for up to 1,600 charging cycles. This shows that battery health will remain at an ideal level even after years of use.

Screen, Processor and Camera Details

All hardware features, except the battery, remain exactly the same as the Asian model. There is a 6.8-inch LCD panel on the front of the device with a resolution of 720 × 1570 pixels. Although it reflects the expectations of its segment on the resolution side, the fact that the screen has a very high refresh rate of 144Hz and a peak brightness of 900 nits makes the device stand out.

Powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 6300 chipset, the phone comes out of the box with only 4 GB RAM option. On the camera side, there is a 50 Megapixel main lens on the back, while a modest 5 Megapixel selfie camera is on the front. On the software front, the device offers a fluent experience with the Realme UI 7.0 interface based on the latest Android 16.

Realme C100 European Price and Durability Scores

European prices of the Realme C100, which is listed in two different color options: Sprouting Green and Blooming Purple, are also clear. The version of the device with 128 GB storage is on the shelves with a price tag of 269 Euros, and the upper version with 256 GB storage is on the shelves with a price tag of 299 Euros.

Additionally, the device is rated under the European Union’s repairability and durability standards. The phone gets a “D” score for drop resistance and a “C” score for repairability. These low scores show that the device does not offer extra protection against physical impacts and that a possible repair process may be challenging.
