The One UI 8.5 update comes with Samsung’s new generation artificial intelligence assistant called “Agentic AI” and powerful productive tools such as “Creative Studio”. Users can now edit images in greater detail with text commands, change clothing colors or add realistic objects to photos.

Especially for video content creators, real-time color preview (LUT) support in “Log video” shooting takes the mobile shooting experience to a professional level.

On the design side, smoother animations and transparent blur effects attract attention. The notification panel and quick settings menu offer a much wider range of customization options according to user preferences.

In addition, the “Bixby Text Call” feature allows the user to receive information without answering the phone by answering incoming calls with the help of an assistant and transcribing conversations instantly into text.

One UI 8.5 stable version is currently reaching users in South Korea first. The update, which is distributed gradually, is planned to be activated for Galaxy S25 series users in Europe and then in Turkey in the coming days.
