NVIDIA RTX 50 SUPER Cards Are Coming

NVIDIA RTX 50 SUPER Cards Are Coming

New these have emerged for NVIDIA’s RTX 50 AMAZING series graphics cards. Details about the RTX 5060 12GB model and memory updates are here.

New information about NVIDIA’s highly anticipated GeForce RTX 50 GREAT series graphics cards have come to light. Latest reports from department sources show that the development process of this series, which has been rumored to have been suspended for a while, has accelerated again.

MEGAsizeGPU, known for its hardware leaks, claims that the RTX 50 GREAT series is back in the plans and a new model has been added to the product range. It is stated that this new model is an RTX 5060 variant with 12GB memory capacity.

Memory-focused innovations in the RTX 50 GREAT series

According to leaks, NVIDIA focuses on increasing the memory capacity in the RTX 50 GREAT series. Previous reports indicated that the RTX 5080 SUPER model could come with 24GB, the RTX 5070 Ti SUPER could come with 24GB, and the RTX 5070 SUPER could come with 18GB GDDR7 memory. These configurations require the use of 3GB capacity GDDR7 modules instead of the 2GB chips used in current models.

The newly introduced RTX 5060 12GB model is technically possible by using four 3GB GDDR7 modules on the 128-bit data bus. This approach represents a different architecture from the previously mentioned 9GB RTX 5050 or RTX 5060 Ti variants with 96-bit memory structure. Although NVIDIA has not yet made an official statement about these models, leaks claim that the cards may be released in 2026.

Production plans and procurement process

Earlier in the year, it was claimed that the RTX 50 SUPERIOR series was shelved due to the demand for GPUs requiring high processing power and memory supply problems. However, the latest information shows that although difficulties in memory supply continue, NVIDIA is following a different strategy to overcome this situation. It is stated that the company will eliminate possible disruptions in the production process by directly supplying GPU and VRAM packages to AIC partners.

NVIDIA has not made any official announcement about the RTX 50 GREAT series so far. The company did not share detailed information about GeForce graphics cards, focusing on artificial intelligence solutions and RTX Spark technology in its recent major events. It is stated that the technical specifications remain the same as the previous leaks, especially for the RTX 5070 GREAT and RTX 5080 GREAT models. The possibility of this new RTX 5060 12GB model, which has not yet been solidified, to come to the market under the name RTX 5060 GREAT, is also considered.

How do you think NVIDIA’s strategy to increase memory capacity will affect the competition in the middle segment?
