iOS 27 Public Beta Coming to Users Soon

iOS 27 Public Beta Coming to Users Soon

What you need to know about iOS 27 Public Beta, which Apple will release soon: version guide, device compatibility and things to pay attention to are in our news.

Apple announced that it will release the first public beta version of the highly anticipated iOS 27 update this month. The technology giant accelerates the transition to the stable version after the developer beta phase with the public test versions it traditionally makes available in July.

The new Liquid Glass design language, performance improvements and advanced security features that come with iOS 27 are preparing to be made available to iPhone users around the world. All users who register free of charge through Apple’s official website will be able to install this new software on their compatible devices.

  • iOS 27 public beta version will be offered to users by Apple in July.
  • While the update supports iPhone 11 and above models, artificial intelligence features are limited to iPhone 15 Pro and later devices.
  • It is important for users to back up their devices before installing beta software against possible performance issues.

How to Prepare for the Beta Process

Users who want to experience the iOS 27 public beta must first register on Apple’s official beta software portal. Following the registration process, it is sufficient to select the relevant version by following the General, Software Update and Beta Updates steps through the Settings menu on iPhone devices.

It is recommended to restart the device for updates that do not appear in the system.

Since beta software is in the development phase, it may contain unstable operation and application compatibility errors.

Works on Devices with Restricted Artificial Intelligence Features

Apple Intelligence and new Siri features introduced with iOS 27 can only be used on iPhone 15 Pro and newer models due to hardware requirements.

Notably, the revised Siri experience is managed through a waitlist system. Users can gain access to artificial intelligence-based advanced assistant features by joining this list from the Siri section in the Settings menu.

Device Compatibility and Security Measures Highlight

The iOS 27 update is fully compatible with all iPhone 11 and above models. However, in order to prevent data loss that may occur during the beta process, it is critical to make a comprehensive iCloud or local backup before the installation.

If possible, testing on a secondary iPhone instead of the main device will minimize disruptions in daily use.

The new Liquid Glass design offers fundamental visual changes to the iPhone interface experience.

Systemic Improvements Enrich User Experience

In addition to visual innovations, iOS 27 includes new tools that increase child safety and system-wide performance improvements. Apple will continue to optimize the software until the official release date, based on the feedback received during the beta process.

Users who do not want to wait for the developer version can currently install the update on their devices through the developer beta program.
