With the cooperation of Vodafone Türkiye and OpenAI, all Vodafone customers will be able to use ChatGPT free of charge without internet for 12 months. Within the scope of the campaign, 3 months free ChatGPT Go is also offered to postpaid customers.

Continuing its efforts with the aim of leading Turkey’s digital transformation journey, Vodafone has signed a global subsidiary that will make a worldwide impact in the field of artificial intelligence. The company, which has entered into a strategic collaboration with OpenAI, one of the world’s leading technology giants, offers all its customers, regardless of individual, corporate, postpaid or prepaid, access to the artificial intelligence-based chat robot ChatGPT without spending on their internet packages. With this new era, which is a first both in Turkey and within the global Vodafone Cluster, users have the chance to experience the most advanced artificial intelligence experience without worrying about their information quotas for 12 months. With this move, the operator combines the high speed and simultaneous connection advantages of 5G technology with the power of artificial intelligence.

  • ChatGPT that does not eat online:All Vodafone’s postpaid, prepaid, individual and corporate customers can use ChatGPT for 12 months without spending on their internet packages.

  • ChatGPT Go Membership Gift:Postpaid users benefit from the ChatGPT Go subscription, which costs 250 TL per month, completely free of charge for the first 3 months.

  • Giant Support of 1 Billion TL:Thanks to the campaigns and the use of free information, it is aimed to provide a total benefit of approximately 1 billion TL to Vodafone customers.

This visionary collaboration between Vodafone Turkey and OpenAI was announced to the public at a special press conference hosted by Vodafone Türkiye Deputy Executive Board Leader Meltem Bakiler Şahin. Stating that artificial intelligence has become an integral module of daily life rather than just a business tool, Şahin conveys the company’s responsibility in this field with the following words:

With the Generative Artificial Intelligence and Spy-Based Artificial Intelligence solutions it has developed, the company not only smartens its internal operations and customer service processes, but also aims to make life easier by bringing this technology directly to the end user.

Vodafone, which is the portable operator offering 5G services in the most countries around the world, brings its network experience from 5 continents to the Turkish market. Within the scope of the prestigious P3 Research Reports, the company ranked at the top not only in 5G coverage but also in the Network Performance and Artificial Intelligence capabilities categories.
