Huawei officially announced the global launch date of the highly anticipated Pura 90 series. The company will introduce its new flagship phones to international markets at a special event it will organize with the theme “Now is Your Moment”.

The event will be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on July 14. With this launch, international versions of the devices and pricing details will become clear.

Pura 90 series comes to the global market

Pura 90 series, which was previously introduced in the Chinese market; It consists of three different models: Pura 90, Pura 90 Pro and Pura 90 Pro Max. Pura 90, the entry model of the series, offers users a 6.84-inch flat screen with 1.5K resolution.

This model, which is only 6.9 mm thick, stands out with its 6,500 mAh battery capacity. The Pura 90 Pro model stands out especially with its improvements on the camera side.

This device includes a 50 MP main camera, a 12.5 MP ultra wide-angle camera and a 50 MP periscope telephoto camera that offers 4 times optical zoom. Variable f/1.4-f/4.0 aperture is preferred on the main camera.

Pura 90 Pro Max, the highest level model of the series, comes with a 6.9 inch screen size. The camera system of the device includes a 50 MP main camera, a 40 MP ultra wide-angle camera and a 200 MP resolution periscope telephoto camera.

Advanced camera and hardware features

Huawei states that this telephoto camera, developed with a special prism structure, can collect much more light compared to competing flagships. The system offers 4x optical zoom and up to 8x optical quality zoom.

Pura 90 Pro and Pro Max models are powered by Huawei’s new Kirin 9030S processor. This chipset, whose artificial intelligence-based imaging capabilities have been developed, is accompanied by a 6,000 mAh battery and a Kunlun Glass screen housing.

The devices are capable of digital zoom up to 100 times. Both models have a 13 MP front camera and HarmonyOS 6.1 operating system.

The company has not yet announced global sales prices. All details regarding international markets are expected to be shared at the event on July 14.
