Honor continues to expand its affordable smartphone family, officially announcing the new Honor Play 11 model in the Chinese market. Honor Play 11 Offers Powerful Hardware Features
Despite being positioned between the entry and mid-range segments, the Honor Play 11 has quite assertive hardware features. At the heart of the device is the Snapdragon 4 Gen 4 processor, supported by up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.
On the software side, the phone, which comes with the Android 16-based MagicOS 10.0 interface, promises a smooth user experience. In particular, its AI-powered dedicated key not only blocks pop-up ads but also provides quick access to Honor’s smart features such as Any Door and face recognition.
In terms of screen experience, Honor uses a large 6.87-inch panel, and with this screen that can reach 1,020 nits of brightness, it offers a clear view even in sunlight. Thanks to DC dimming technology and eye comfort mode, it aims to minimize eye strain during long-term use. In addition, the device’s stereo speaker system can significantly increase sound output power with a high volume mode of up to 400%.
Device Durability Standards Are Being Improved
Honor Play 11 also stands out from its Competitors with its physical durability. Thanks to its IP69K certification, the device provides full protection against high-pressure water jets and extreme temperatures, and has also been awarded the SGS Gold Label five-star drop and crush resistance certification. Honor states that the phone is robust against drops from a distance of 2.5 meters. This durable body, weighing 216 grams, is offered to users in four different color options.
On the photography side, the 50-megapixel main camera can take detailed shots with its f/1.8 aperture. On the front, there is a 5-megapixel selfie camera. 45W fast charging and wired charging features allow the phone to be used as a power source.

The Honor Play 11, launched in the Chinese market, is available starting at 1,399 Yuan. The starting model is 6GB+128GB, followed by 8GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB variants. There is no official announcement yet regarding when the device will be available in international markets.
