First details about Pixel 11a, the new member of Google’s affordable a-series smartphone family, have come to light. Leaks indicate that the device may come with a significant improvement on the performance side.
The processor choice used in the Pixel 10a model was criticized by users. New leaks show that the Pixel 11a model may be equipped with the Tensor G6 processor.
Technical Specifications and Performance Details
It is stated that Pixel 11a was developed under the code name Formosan and will have a 6.30-inch screen. It is stated that this screen will offer 1080p resolution, have brightness values ranging from 2,250 nits to 3,350 nits, and have HDR support.
It is expected that the 8GB RAM capacity will be preserved in the basic hardware of the device. On the battery side, a minimum capacity of 4,870 mAh is mentioned, which suggests that the device may come with a battery of around 5,000 mAh or 5,100 mAh.
On the processor side, the possibility of using a lower version of Tensor G6 is considered. However, it is reported that the device will contain new components such as MediaTek M90 modem and Titan M3 security chip.
