Discover six new leaked features, design updates, and performance details for Apple’s new iPhone 18 Pro models.
Apple’s new iPhone series, expected to be unveiled next month, stands out with its foldable iPhone Ultra model, as well as the iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max options. Six valuable innovations that these new devices, eagerly awaited in the technology world, will have already become the talk of the town.
While the iPhone 18 Pro models largely retain their current designs, they come with three critical changes that will improve the user experience. The reduction in size of Dynamic Island, a more integrated rear design, and new color options are among these updates.
Design, Performance, and Camera Innovations
Dynamic Island becomes a smaller cutout thanks to the relocation of Face ID components under the screen. In the rear design, the color transitions between the aluminum and glass areas are made more harmonious, offering a more integrated aesthetic.
At the heart of the device, the A20 Pro chip promises a huge leap in performance and efficiency with its 2nm manufacturing process and WMCM packaging technology. This new chip, in particular, takes the device’s processing power and power saving capabilities to the next level.
On the camera side, the main camera with variable aperture gives users more control over depth of field. Additionally, a telephoto lens with a wider aperture and new camera app features for professional use are also expected.
Battery Life and Hardware Updates
The iPhone 18 Pro Max model is expected to come with a battery approximately 10% larger than the previous generation. The power efficiency of the A20 Pro chip and Apple’s new C2 cellular modem significantly increase the device’s battery life.
The Camera Control button, introduced with the iPhone 16, is being updated based on user feedback. Apple aims to offer a more user-friendly and simpler experience by removing complex touch-sensitive components.
Apple’s self-developed C2 modem replaces Qualcomm’s solutions, offering higher performance and efficiency. This new modem takes Apple’s own cellular technology, which began with the C1 series, a step further. What features do you expect to stand out on the iPhone 18 Pro?
