Beats 360 Revealed: Apple to Focus on Sports

Beats 360 over-ear headphones have been spotted on retail listings. IPX4 durability, replaceable earcups, and advanced noise cancellation features stand out.

Apple’s Beats brand has created excitement in the technology world with its eagerly awaited new over-ear model, the Beats 360. The Beats 360 headphones, whose codenames were detected in the macOS Tahoe 26.7 update and recently listed on UK-based retail sites, stand out with their sports-focused design and technical specifications.

This new device, previously seen in Federal Communications Commission (FCC) documents and on World Cup players, distinguishes itself from the Beats Studio Pro model with its rounded design. Expected to be fully compatible with both Apple and Android devices, this model is planned to be launched with a launch of $299.

  • Beats 360 is the brand’s first sweat and water-resistant over-ear headphones with IPX4 certification.
  • The device offers users customizable comfort thanks to its interchangeable ear cushions and headband.
  • The new model promises 1.75 times stronger active noise cancellation performance compared to the Beats Studio Pro.

New Headphones Designed for an Active Lifestyle

Beats 360 was specifically developed for users with an active lifestyle. The most striking innovation of the device is its interchangeable cushion system. Users can quickly switch between Performance Knit or UltraPlush options to ensure hygiene after intense workouts or to change their shape.

In addition, the device’s water and sweat resistance makes its use during gym or outdoor activities much more reliable.

With its IPX4 rating, the Beats 360 represents the most robust over-ear solution the brand has ever produced.

Technical Specifications Offer Top-Level Performance

In terms of sound quality, Beats aims to impress users with its high-fidelity acoustic platform. Personalized spatial sound support and dynamic head tracking ensure that every detail of the music is felt.

Noise cancellation technology optimizes itself according to environmental factors, making it easier for the user to focus. The AI-powered microphone system filters background noise, providing clarity in voice calls.

Design and Color Options are Diversifying

Unlike the classic Beats design language, the Beats 360 comes with a more rounded aesthetic. The knitted fabric details, reminiscent of AirPods Max models, enhance both style and comfort during extended use.

Initially available in Pink, Black, Sky, and Cloud colors, the model is expected to be supported with alternatives such as Volt and Navy Blue in the future. Easily portable thanks to its foldable design, these headphones come with a special ripstop fabric carrying case.

The new model’s competitive price of $299 will allow it to gain a valuable place in the high-end market.

User Experience is Prioritized

The physical controls on the headphones make processes such as volume adjustment and module management quite easy. The ability to pair with both Apple and Android ecosystems with a single touch makes the device a user-friendly option. Charging via USB-C and long-lasting battery life allow the device to adapt perfectly to daily usage scenarios.

Do you think the replaceable earcups and sports-focused durability offered by the Beats 360 could change the established order in the current headphone market? Don’t forget to leave your thoughts on this new design and features in the comments below.
