YouTube Music Interface Has Been Renewed

Google made a significant interface change in the well-known music platform YouTube Music application and moved the ‘Search’ tab to the main navigation bar at the bottom of the screen. This update, which comes after the ‘Now Playing’ screen design in April, aims to make users’ experience in the application more accessible. This innovation, which was widely available with versions 9.22 for iOS and 9.21 for Android, accelerates the music search process of users by replacing the ‘Discover’ tab. The main screen, Samples and Library tabs continue to maintain their current structure.

Having given up on the old interface layout, with this change, Google made the upper right corner of the application a simple area reserved only for profile management and notification flow.

Users Can Get the Update Manually
For users who state that the changes have not yet reached their devices, Google recommends that they check for updates through the application stores or go to the application information and run the ‘Force Stop’ command.
This easy process can help activate the new interface by clearing the application’s cache. While the platform continues to customize the podcast and music listening experience for Premium subscribers, it aims to increase overall user satisfaction with such minor interface improvements.
