Xiaomi is starting the countdown for its new flagship model, Xiaomi 17 Max, which will change the balance in the smartphone world. The device, which was seen on China’s SRRC certification platform with the model number “2605EPN8EC” last month, has now overcome one of the most critical pre-launch obstacles by receiving approval from China’s official 3C certification authority.

According to leaked information, Xiaomi 17 Max, which is expected to be introduced at the end of this month, seems to be a performance monster, especially with its huge 8,000 mAh battery and Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor.

Shared certification documents officially confirm that the device will have 100W wired fast charging technology. Xiaomi redefines the standards in the flagship segment by including a battery with a capacity of 8,000 mAh in this model.

Considering that most flagship phones today remain in the 5,000 – 5,500 mAh band, 8,000 mAh capacity promises a much longer lifespan for users.
