Xiaomi Launches HyperOS 4 Beta Process

Xiaomi Launches HyperOS 4 Beta Process

Xiaomi has launched the HyperOS 4 beta process. Details about new performance improvements, AI features, and the large foldable phone seen for the first time.

Xiaomi has officially launched the beta process for its highly anticipated new interface, HyperOS 4. During the launch of the new software, the company unveiled its future large-screen foldable phone model for the first time.

This new update, which focuses on user experience and system performance, also stands out with its AI integration. The first beta phase is available for high-end devices such as the Xiaomi 17 series and Redmi K90 family, and the new interface aims to make interaction between smart devices smoother. HyperOS 4 represents a new era in Xiaomi’s software ecosystem.

  • Xiaomi has made the HyperOS 4 beta version, which optimizes system performance, available to users.
  • The Super XiaoAi 2.0 assistant in the new interface has strengthened task planning processes with advanced artificial intelligence capabilities.
  • During the HyperOS 4 interface launch, the company showcased its new large-screen foldable device for the first time.
  • The beta process has been launched for a total of ten different devices, primarily the Xiaomi 17 and Redmi K90 series.

Xiaomi aims to take competition in the smartphone market to the next level with its new large-screen foldable device.

Performance and AI Features are Being Improved

With HyperOS 4, Xiaomi has implemented two valuable technological optimizations in the HyperCore architecture to manage system resources more efficiently. Thanks to load calculation and memory preloading systems, the aim is to achieve much higher performance in the applications most frequently used by users.

The new application runtime is equipped with optimizations made in both the system kernel and application layers.

In this version, where interface transitions and animations are made much smoother, user interactions respond more quickly. On the artificial intelligence side, Super XiaoAi 2.0, built on the MiMo large language model, offers features for easier planning of complex missions and superior success in managing multiple devices.

Beta Process Launched for First Devices

The first group selected for testing the new software is quite wide-ranging. Xiaomi 17 Ultra, 17 Pro, 17 and their Leica/Max versions, as well as the Redmi K90 series and Pad 8 tablet models, are among the first devices to experience HyperOS 4.
This extensive device support reveals the company’s intention to rapidly roll out its new software standard across its entire product family.

Users participating in beta testing contribute to shaping the final version of the software by providing feedback on system stability and new AI features.

Wide Foldable Device Design Revealed for the First Time

Showcasing how the HyperOS 4 interface performs on different screen formats, Xiaomi has now used its unofficially unveiled wide foldable phone in interface demonstrations.

The device’s particularly optimized interface elements, especially the inner screen width and foldable screen form factor, show that the company’s hardware work in this area is quite advanced. The integrated display of software and hardware strongly suggests that the release of the new foldable phone may be quite close.
