WIRED Turkey Editor-in-Chief Hülya Güler, who made the opening speech of the launch in Rixos Tersane Istanbul, underlines that the platform is not a classical media outlet that only talks about technology. In the first sessions of the event, the limits of artificial intelligence and futurism are discussed. In his speech titled “Shaping the Future with Artificial Intelligence – Human Interaction”, Muharrir Kerem Dündar states that in this era when the problem-solving capacity of artificial intelligence exceeds the human average, the real need is powerful platforms that can ask the right questions.
Futurist Tariq Qureishy addresses institutions by reminding that 70 percent of the jobs that will exist in 2030 do not exist today. Qureishy states that companies should transform not only into digital but also artificial intelligence-focused organizations, and says that it is a rule to protect human values such as trust, creativity and ethics in this process.

In the panel moderated by Boğaziçi Ventures CEO Barış Özistek, Yemeksepeti Founder Nevzat Aydın and Endeavor Türkiye Board Leader Emre Kurttepeli discuss Turkey’s global potential in technology and gaming enterprises. Nevzat Aydın states that artificial intelligence democratizes opportunities in the world of enterprise and that it is now easier to open real projects to the world. Emre Kurttepeli points out that funding capacity and large-scale thinking skills are of critical importance in order to be stronger in global competition.
