New design details have begun to emerge for the iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max models, which Apple is preparing to launch in the fall. In addition to the features that the new devices will bring, three critical changes are expected, especially in the external appearance.

Leaked information shows that Apple will make significant updates to its design language, taking into account user feedback. Here are the prominent design innovations in the new generation iPhone models.

Integrity in Design and New Screen Experience

The first notable change in the iPhone 18 Pro series will be the reduction of the color difference between the rear glass and aluminum panel. The two-tone appearance of current models is replaced by a more integrated and seamless design approach.

On the screen side, it is stated that the Dynamic Island structure will be smaller. It is stated that the new design will be approximately 35% smaller than the current Dynamic Island and some Face ID components will be moved under the screen.

New Color Options and Expectations

The vibrant color choice that Apple started with the iPhone 17 Pro will continue in the new series. According to leaks, four different color options will be offered for the iPhone 18 Pro models: Light Blue, Dark Cherry, Silver and Dark Gray.

Especially the Dark Cherry color, which includes burgundy, brown and dark purple tones, is expected to be highlighted in marketing efforts. These colors appear to support the brand’s strategy of moving away from basic black and white tones.
