We tested the giant agricultural drone with a 75L liquid capacity in the soil! Autonomous spraying, tractor-free farming, and all the details providing cost savings are in this image.
Autonomous technologies, leaving behind traditional agricultural procedures, are now redefining productivity and cost stability in fields. In this image, we witness firsthand the field performance and capabilities of one of the most advanced agricultural drones in Turkey, resembling an aircraft soaring through the sky with its enormous 75-liter liquid capacity and massive propellers.
We conducted a detailed soil inspection with the Cyberagri group and the manufacturer’s engineers from China. This gigantic autonomous aircraft, which exhibits high resistance to wind with its 63-inch oscillating propeller structure, appears as a fully equipped smart agricultural machine with LiDaR sensors, 360-degree radar technology, and integrated lighting equipment for night operations.
Autonomous Era in the Field: End to Tractor Track Damage and Waste
In flight and spraying tests conducted in the field, the drone is seen to complete its completely autonomous route with centimeter precision in the mapped area and return to the take-off point without any problems. While the damage caused by tractor tracks entering the soil, which directly crushes approximately 5% of the crop, is completely eliminated with this technology, up to 30% savings in water and pesticide consumption are achieved thanks to the atomizer nozzle system.
The recirculation system in the pesticide tank prevents the mixture from settling, ensuring homogeneous distribution to every point.
The most striking advantage offered by Cyberagri‘s system is revealed in the operational speed and economical payback period; The device, which can spray 30 to 40 acres of land in approximately 10 minutes with a single battery, can pay for itself in about two months with proper planning in commercial service businesses.
The 150-liter solid fertilizer tank included in the box allows for single-handed seed and fertilizer spreading operations. However, high initial investment costs and flight terminations in strong and excessively rainy weather conditions are among the key details that users should consider.
Smart Agriculture Investments and Entrepreneurship Opportunity
Offering spraying rates of up to 40 liters per minute and a spraying capacity of up to 2000 acres per day, these technologies open up an important income stream for new generation entrepreneurs who want to combine farming with technology. Considering the losses caused by tractors in the field and the increasing input costs, how do you think the widespread use of autonomous aerial vehicles in agriculture will affect rural development?
Don’t forget to share your opinions, your intentions regarding the future of technology in agriculture, and your comments about this giant drone below.
