Vodafone Turkey has released its first quarter financial and operational information for the April-June period of the 2026-27 fiscal year. According to the reports, the company increased its service revenues to 38.2 billion TL while maintaining its high momentum in postpaid subscriber numbers. The telecommunications giant, which stands out with its network investments and digitalization-focused strategies, continues to both expand its customer base and increase the use of digital services.

Postpaid Conversion in the Customer Base is Gaining Momentum

One of the most striking elements in the announced quarterly results are the quality-focused change in the company’s subscriber structure. Vodafone Turkey, with a total mobile subscriber count of 32.3 million, including M2M (machine-to-machine communication), reaches 25.4 million in mobile subscribers alone.

The strong growth trend in the postpaid side is also evident this quarter. The company gained 88,000 new postpaid customers during the period, bringing its total postpaid subscriber count to 21.8 million. This number reveals that 85.8% of Vodafone’s total mobile user portfolio consists of postpaid subscribers. On the other hand, maintaining its stable position in fixed broadband, the brand continues to serve 1.3 million fixed broadband subscribers.

Digital Customer Number Nearing 17 Million

Acting with the vision of being a technology company beyond telecommunications infrastructure, Vodafone continues to increase its effectiveness in digital channels. The number of monthly active customers using the Vodafone Yanimda and Online Self Service platforms reaches 17 million. The number of monthly interactions made by customers through these channels exceeds the 300 million mark.

The increase in data consumption is also reflected in the graphs. With users’ digital lifestyle habits and high-speed internet demand, total mobile data usage reached 1,650 petabytes in the first quarter.

Vodafone Pay Wind in Financial Technologies

The financial services sector, one of the company’s growth engines outside of classic communication services, is gaining momentum. The new generation mobile financial solution Vodafone Pay is increasing its user base with its wide range of products. According to the data, the total number of users who prefer the Vodafone Pay ecosystem reaches 10.44 million.

AI-Powered Customer Experience: TOBi Enhances Its Capabilities

Vodafone’s personal digital assistant TOBi, developed with a focus on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, plays a critical role in processes. Capable of handling nearly 1,000 different processes independently, TOBi interacts with an average of 6 millionunique customers per month throughout the quarter and initiates 46 million conversations.

92% of customer requests received by TOBi are now resolved at the first contact. This high resolution rate ensures that basic requests are met quickly, allowing call center representatives to focus on complex issues requiring expertise.

A significant increase in voice interaction is also observed. The rate at which customers receive services and complete their requests via the Voice Response System through the

TOBi Voice platform is reaching 57% .
