Stakeholder Announces Its Model That Enables Participation in Overseas Real Estate Income with 100 Dollars

Stakeholder, which will be introduced at the Innovative Investment Summit, offers a new model that facilitates real estate investment.

Among the investors of the initiative; Volkan Biçer, one of the most influential entrepreneurs and investors in the gaming industry, Sezer Arslan, one of the pioneers of financial technologies in Europe,  Erol Şaşati, who has made more than one successful exit from real sector enterprises, Ethem and Ersin Öztaş, one of Turkey’s important industrialists, Ahmet Paksu and senior managers of Tersan Group, one of the leaders of the shipping and shipyard sector, and Ahmed Gencal, Chairman of Gencallar, one of the important names of the retail sector.

In addition to these investors, Paydaş’s advisory board also draws attention with its advisory board consisting of powerful names; There are names such as Murat Çetinkaya, Former President of the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey, Uğur Şeker, Vice President of Galata Business Angels, David Haine, who held senior positions at GE Capital and CBRE, and Barış Dinler, digital assets strategist.

While the startup completed its last investment round at a valuation of more than $16 million, this structure offers a strong support base in terms of product development and operational growth.
