Samsung Started One UI 9 Tests for Three Galaxy Models

Samsung Started One UI 9 Tests for Three Galaxy Models

Samsung started testing on the Galaxy A17 5G, A34 and A57 models for the Android 17-based One UI 9 update. Details are in our news.

Samsung continues to expand the scope of the One UI 9 update based on Android 17. It was known that the company had previously released the beta version for the Galaxy S26 series and was also conducting tests on the Galaxy S25 series and the Galaxy S26 FE, which has not been introduced yet.

Now, it has been revealed that One UI 9.0 has entered the internal testing phase for three new Galaxy models. This development shows that Samsung is preparing the new interface version for a wider range of devices.

One UI 9 tests have started for Galaxy A17 5G, A34 and A57

According to the new information, Samsung started testing One UI 9.0 on the Galaxy A17 5G, Galaxy A34 and Galaxy A57 models. The version numbers determined for these devices were recorded as A176BXXU5DZF1, A346BXXUFGZF1 and A576BXXU3BZF3, respectively.

It is not yet official when Samsung will launch the One UI 9 beta program for the models in question. However, given the current testing process, beta updates are expected to be available to users in the coming weeks.

While the Galaxy A17 5G model is tested with version number A176BXXU5DZF1, version A346BXXUFGZF1 is used for Galaxy A34. The Galaxy A57 model has been included in the testing process with version number A576BXXU3BZF3.

One UI 9 will come first to foldable phones

Samsung had previously announced that the first devices to come out of the box with One UI 9 installed will be the new generation foldable phones. Among the models that the company is expected to introduce this year are Galaxy Z Flip8, Galaxy Z Fold8 and Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra.

According to industry sources, Samsung will introduce its new foldable phones at an event to be held in London on July 22. One UI 9.0 is expected to become official with this event.

The new interface is planned to be offered to a wide range of Galaxy devices with artificial intelligence features, performance improvements and Android 17 innovations.
