The new device is actually positioned to replace the model previously known as Galaxy Fold Wide. It is stated that Samsung changed the name with the decision taken in May and the real successor of Galaxy Z Fold7 will be Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra.

Galaxy Z Fold8 comes with a 7.6-inch main screen with 4:3 aspect ratio and QHD + resolution. The cover screen is 5.5 inches in size, has a 16:10 aspect ratio and supports QHD + resolution.
