Samsung announced the Galaxy A27 5G model, the new member of the mid-segment 5G smartphone family, in the global market. The device, which is the successor to the Galaxy A26 5G, first appeared in the Czech Republic earlier this month.
The new smartphone attracts attention with its new hardware features and long-term software support. The device will begin to meet users in selected markets as of July 3.

Galaxy A27 5G comes with a 6.7-inch FHD + Super AMOLED Infinity-O display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Offering a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels, this screen reaches 1400 nits peak brightness and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus +.
At the heart of the device is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 mobile platform developed with the 4nm production process. This eight-core processor is accompanied by four Cortex-A78 cores at 2.4GHz and four Cortex-A55 cores at 1.8GHz and the Adreno 710 graphics unit.
Offering users 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage, the phone allows you to increase the storage capacity up to 2TB with microSD card support. On the software side, it comes out of the box with the Android 16 operating system and Samsung One UI 8.5 interface.
Samsung promises six generations of Android and One UI updates for this model, as well as security updates for six years. On the security side, Samsung Knox and Knox Vault technologies are included in the device to protect sensitive data.
The camera setup stands out with a 50MP main sensor, OIS support and f / 1.8 aperture. While this main camera is accompanied by an 8MP ultra wide-angle lens and a 2MP macro camera, there is a 12MP resolution selfie camera on the front.
The device offers 25W fast charging support with its 5000mAh capacity battery. While communication options include 5G, Bluetooth 5.3 and NFC, stereo speakers and a side-mounted fingerprint reader are also among the hardware features.
Providing dust and water resistance with IP64 certification, the phone has dimensions of 162.4 x 78.2 x 7.8mm and a load of 200 grams. It will be available in black, blue, light green and light pink color options.
