Meta’s Muse AI assistant has gained Spotify support with the latest update. This integration allows users to manage their music and podcast experiences directly through the chat window.

Users can now perform actions such as playing music, listening to audiobooks, or managing podcasts during their chats with Muse. The assistant can access the Spotify library, create playlists, and help you discover new content.

Spotify Integration and New Features

The Spotify relationship through Muse makes managing music and audio content quite practical. Users can play their favorite music or start podcast episodes they want to listen to simply by talking to the assistant.

The system not only plays existing content but also suggests new music or books tailored to users’ personal tastes in real time. All these processes are carried out as part of an ongoing conversation with Muse.

Another notable innovation is the Personal Podcast feature. This feature converts your daily notes, ideas, and daily summaries into audio content and saves it to your Spotify library.

In this way, users can save their own text content in a format that can be listened to later. Muse organizes all the notes in this process and converts them into an audio podcast stream.

Expanding Ecosystem and Usability

Muse has previously gained the ability to connect with many different services such as Box, GitHub, Notion, Expedia, 1Password, and OpenTable. It can also work integrated with payment systems such as Shopify’s Shop Pay, Stripe’s Link, and PayPal.

This assistant, which is also actively used on Meta’s own platforms Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Threads, offers a wide range of uses. Users can benefit from the ease of switching between all these platforms offered by Muse.

The assistant appears to the user with a customizable avatar, and the appearance of this avatar can be changed according to personal preferences. Another noteworthy detail is that all these features offered by Muse are completely free of charge to users.

The service is currently only accessible to users residing in the US, Canada, and Mexico. Meta is expected to expand this AI assistant to other countries in the coming period.
