Huawei officially announced its latest flagship products in the smartphone, wearable technology, and wireless audio categories with a comprehensive global launch event.

At the event, the Nova 16s and Nova 16s Pro models, which stand out with their 7,000 mAh battery and 200 MP camera, entered the global market; while the Watch 6 series, which attracts attention with its material quality and health sensors, the Watch GT 7 family, which offers up to 21 days of battery life, the Watch D3, which measures blood pressure with a physical airbag on the wrist, and the FreeBuds Neo, which were provides lossless audio transmission, officially announced.

7,000 mAh Battery in a Slim Body: Huawei Nova 16s and Nova 16s Pro

Huawei is bringing its Nova family, which raises the standards in the mid-to-high segment, to the international arena with the “s” suffix. The top model of the series, the Nova 16s Pro, fits a 7,000 mAh battery into its aluminum alloy body that is only 7.1 mm thick.

Supported by 100W SuperCharge Turbo fast charging technology, the model comes with a 6.84-inch LTPO OLED screen that reaches a peak brightness of 6,000 nits. The panel’s impact resistance is provided by Kunlun Glass, which is 10 times more resistant.

Raising the bar in terms of camera as well, the Nova 16s Pro; It features a 200 MP RYYB main camera sensor with f/1.8 aperture and OIS support. This setup is accompanied by a 50 MP periscope telephoto lens offering 3.7x optical zoom, a 50 MP ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 50 MP selfie camera.

Powered by the Kirin 9010S chipset, the standard Nova 16s, a more compact alternative to the family, features a 6.68-inch screen, Kirin 8020 processor, a 50 MP main camera, and a 50 MP periscope telephoto setup with 3.3x optical zoom. Both devices come with the globally exclusive EMUI 16.0 interface and AI-focused photo editing tools.

The Pinnacle of Wearable Technology: Huawei Watch 6 and Watch GT 7 Series

Luxury material engineering and advanced health sensors were at the forefront of the wearable technology segment of the event. Huawei’s flagship Watch 6 and Watch 6 Pro models are equipped with LTPO OLED panels that reach peak brightness of 3,000 and 3,500 nits respectively.

The Watch 6 Pro model features a titanium case and nanotechnology ceramic details combined with artificial sapphire glass. The series incorporates a new generation X-Tap sensor with 100% increased sensitivity and 4 channels. This sensor can analyze a total of 14 different health parameters, including critical indicators such as ECG, arteriosclerosis, and arrhythmia analysis.

Focusing on long battery life and outdoor sports, the Watch GT 7 and GT 7 Pro models feature AMOLED screens with 3,000 nits of brightness and stylish designs. The GT 7 Pro, with its titanium alloy body and ECG support, increases positioning accuracy by 50% in updated professional sports modes. In terms of battery life, models with a 46 mm case stand out in their segment by promising up to 21 days of uninterrupted use on a single charge.

Medical-Level Blood Pressure Measurement: Huawei Watch D3

Taking a professional step in health technologies, the Huawei Watch D3 performs medical-standard blood pressure measurements directly from the wrist with its renewed air-cushioned strap mechanism. Featuring a thinner 11.3 mm aluminum body compared to its predecessor, a 1.92-inch 3,000 nits LTPO AMOLED screen, and a silent air pump, the watch can perform 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM). Reporting 11 different health parameters in just 60 seconds with its Health Glance feature, the model comes with Bluetooth 6.0 connectivity and up to 6 days of battery life.

Lossless Audio and Adaptive ANC: Huawei FreeBuds Neo

The newest addition to the audio portfolio, FreeBuds Neo, comes with a dual-channel active noise cancellation (ANC) system that can filter ambient noise up to 30 dB. Powered by Huawei’s third-generation audio chip, the wireless earbuds offer 2.3 Mbps high-resolution lossless audio transmission. Featuring spatial audio support and multi-platform compatibility, the model can connect simultaneously with Android, iOS, and Windows devices.
