Honor launched the X7e 4G model earlier this month and offered it to users. Now, all eyes are on a new version of the series with 5G support.

The new device, called Honor X7e Plus 5G, was approved by TDRA in the United Arab Emirates. It was also revealed that the phone was also listed in the SGS database.

Certification Processes and Expectations

It is not yet clear what differences the “Plus” suffix in the name of the new model will bring, other than 5G connection. It remains a matter of curiosity how similar features the device will have to the current 4G version.

SGS certification records show that the Honor X7e Plus 5G model will also be available in the European Union and Saudi Arabian markets. No concrete information about the technical details of the device has yet been shared through official documents.

The X7e 4G model comes with a 6.61 inch LCD screen with a resolution of 720×1604 pixels. This screen stands out with its 120Hz refresh rate and 1,010 nits peak brightness.

On the performance side of the device, there is a MediaTek Helio G81 processor. In addition, the phone has 6GB RAM capacity and has 128GB or 256GB storage options.

Technical Specifications and Battery Capacity

On the camera side, a 50MP resolution main camera welcomes users. On the front, there is a 5MP selfie camera.

7,500mAhStanding out with its high-capacity battery, X7e 4G offers wired charging support at 45W. It is not yet known whether the new Plus model will offer similar battery performance.

With the completion of the certification processes, Honor is expected to share more details about its new device soon.
