Compact Flagship Vivo X500e Features Leaked

Compact Flagship Vivo X500e Features Leaked

Vivo X500e features leaked. All the details of the new flagship with 6.59 inch compact design, Snapdragon processor and Zeiss camera.

Vivo, one of the innovative names in the smartphone world, is preparing to change the market dynamics once again with the highly anticipated X500 series.

The new generation flagship family that the China-based technology giant is working on; While it consists of models such as X500, X500 Pro and X500 Pro Max, leaks show that an original member has been added to the list.

Vivo X500e. According to the first information shared by Digital Chat Station (DCS), one of the safest leak sources in the sector, this new e-series device appeals to users who prefer compact sizes.

Unlike the huge circular camera island that we are used to seeing in other X500 models, the X500e comes with a square camera module placed in the upper left corner.

Powered by a high-end Snapdragon 8 series processor and bearing the Zeiss signature on the optics side, this smartphone manages to combine high-end hardware in a relatively smaller case.

Remarkable Changes in Design and Screen Details

Vivo’s X series devices have been engraved in our memories with their large circular camera designs covering the rear surface in recent years.

However, the company is breaking this habit with the X500e model.

According to Digital Chat Station’s arguments, the device hosts a stylish and square-shaped camera island positioned in the upper left corner of the back cover.

This design choice gives the device a more classic and minimalist look.

On the screen side, a 6.59-inch compact panel is preferred, despite today’s huge phones.

This screen, which makes it easy to use with one hand, is expected to have a high refresh rate and high-level color accuracy in line with the standards of the series.

Hardware and Performance: The Snapdragon Difference

When we look at the general structure of the Vivo X500 series, it is known that MediaTek’s new generation Dimensity 9600 processors will be used in all standard, Pro and Pro Max models.

However, at this point, Vivo X500e differs from its siblings and turns to the Qualcomm front. According to leaked information, the device is powered by a Snapdragon 8 series processor.

Although the exact model of the processor is not yet clear, it is certain that this flagship-level chipset will offer high gaming performance, advanced artificial intelligence processing capacity and power efficiency.

This move by Vivo creates a perfect alternative for consumers who want to use a Vivo X series with a Qualcomm processor instead of MediaTek.

Advanced Camera Capabilities by Zeiss

Vivo and Zeiss partnership continues to set standards in smartphone photography. Although the Vivo X500e model has a more compact and different design, it never compromises on camera performance.

Inside the square-shaped module, there are lenses adjusted and optimized directly by Zeiss. According to leaks, the star of this module is an IMX8 series periscope telephoto camera with a large sensor size.

While this hardware minimizes the loss of detail in long-distance shots, it creates a natural sense of depth in portrait photos that is comparable to professional cameras.

Release Date and Future of Vivo X500 FE

One of the issues that users are most curious about is when this device will take its place on the shelves. The standard models of the X500 series are planned to be introduced in September this year.

However, the fact that Vivo X500e uses a Snapdragon processor and has a completely different design strengthens the possibility that it may be introduced at a different event.

Industry sources point out that this compact flagship may be introduced in the first half of 2027 along with the Vivo X500 Ultra model, which is expected to have a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 processor.

On the other hand, a fundamental change is being made in the brand’s model naming strategy. As you may remember, Vivo S50 Pro Mini, which was produced specifically for China, was launched into global markets under the name Vivo X300 FE.

The lack of a “Pro Mini” model in the S60 series, which was recently introduced in China, brings with it arguments that the Vivo X500 FE will never be produced.

Apparently, Vivo plans to make its product range more simple and understandable by launching the new X500e model both in the Chinese domestic market and in the global arena instead of the FE model.

Although all these leaks excite smartphone enthusiasts, all eyes are on Vivo’s official statements for clear details.
